Maximum deposit limits are set to protect players and prevent money laundering, with limits ranging from IDR 10,000,000 to IDR 100,000,000 per transaction depending on the payment method and your account status.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination and Suspension
